Warren Togami and David Cantrell present the fresh new Fedora 9 Linux released on May 13th. They will demonstrate or talk about several awesome new features like:
Live USB with data persistence
Linux Terminal Server integration
Encrypted file systems, ext4
Free IPA
Virtualization improvements and much more
Warren Togami, Software Engineer at Red Hat, Inc. Warren founded the Fedora Linux project as an undergraduate project at the University of Hawaii Computer Science department. Fedora has since become a global Open Source community and operating system development project sponsored by Linux industry leader Red Hat, Inc. Warren today works on Fedora in Westford, Massachusetts.
David Cantrell, Software Engineer at Red Hat, Inc. David works in Red Hat Engineering on the installer team. He participates in the IETF DHC Working Group on DHCPv6 standards and implementation, and leads the dhcpv6 project. David currently works from Red Hat’s one-person Waikiki office.
